The benefits comparison table is a content block available on the Flex Content page template (version 3). To create a page using the Flex Content Template, follow the instructions in this article.

The Benefits Comparison Table is useful for when you want to outline a set of purchase options and corresponding benefit for an audience member, such as

  • Membership tiers
  • Donation levels
  • Other products with variants.

Build a Table

  1. On a flex content page, create a tab and then choose the content block "Benefits Comparison Table"
  2. Give the table an optional label.
  3. Set the number of options you want to compare in the table. This number will activate and deactivate the benefits and options fields below.

If you have a product or donation tier system that requires more than 6 options, we recommend breaking that choice into two separate tables of choices, for example one table for individual donors and one table for corporate donors.

  4. Fill in the details for each Option.  The only required detail is an option Label. You can also include a subtitle or price, and a URL, and button text which make it easier for your audience to take an action the second they make a choice.

If possible, the link should prefill donation or product values and move the user straight into checkout.

5. Add the Benefit details.  You have no limit on the number of benefits you want to include.

  • Under "Benefit List and Table" click "Add Benefit" and add a benefit label.
  • Select which of your options receive this benefit.

6. Finally, you have a text field for benefit notes and details which displays under the table.  This is useful for things like footnotes if you have terms and conditions around specific benefits.
