Groundplan Pro helps sort and filter events by date automatically. However, in some cases you'll want to announce an event before dates and showtimes are set for your event.
When editing an event, set "Unscheduled Event" to "Event is Unscheduled":
This special state allows the event to come up in searches and layouts at the bottom of the set of events you're displaying.
When you have dates set for your event, create Event Instances for each venue and date. When you save an event with event instances, "Unscheduled Event" automatically resets to "Normal event." to displays event in ascending date order.
