When to use Presale Settings
How do I enable Presales and Timed Onsales? Presale settings are disabled by default. To enable them, go to Plugins >> Installed Plugins, and make sure the "Groundplan Pro - Presale" add-on plugin is enabled. Then set up your presale in Groundplan >> Presale Settings. Can I use Presale settings to schedule an onsale, even if I don't want to use Presale Access codes? Yes! Just follow the steps below for Timed Onsales. Set an Onsale date and time for selected events & classes. You don't need to include any access codes, and buy tickets buttons will be disabled until the onsale time. You can optionally choose to redirect buttons to Subscription sales or a details page. Can I use Presale Settings to have a subscription-sales only sales period and then schedule a date for single tickets to go onsale? Yes! Just add your single tickets links as normal in event and event instance settings. Then, When your onsale date and time is reached, all buttons throughout the site will When would I use Presale Access Codes? To use presale functionality, send Gameflow a support ticket to enable the functionality on your site. Presale access code settings are an option if your ticketing system or class registration doesn't already offer a presale access code feature. Your ticketing system's presale access codes will be more reliable and secure than this system for preventing unauthorized sales.
Subscription-only Presales and Timed Onsales

6. Test your events to make sure links are redirecting as you expect for your events.
