To display a group of events in the same category, you can group events by Genre and/or Series.


View a sample series with all features active.


Add a New Series 

Go to Events >> Series >> Add New. 


View or Edit an Existing Series 

Go back to the series list, hover over the series name, and click View or Edit. 



Add a Description

Go to Events >> Series >> Overview to add summary information at the top of a series page. 



Add a header image

This image will display at the very top of the page with the Series Title in the bottom left corner. 




Display Past, Future, or All Events


Set the Event Scope to display past events only, upcoming events only, or all events.



Promos 

There are two kinds of promos available for Series and Genres. 


Featured Promos display to the right of the Overview. 




Event List Horizontal Promos display in the list of events after the third event.






Note that text will overlay on your image so you may want to adjust the contrast. Use the toggle below to lighten or darken your image as you like.




Add a Series or Genre to the Menu

  1. Go to Appearance >> Menu.
  2. Add the Series category to the selection box on the left. Click "Screen Options" in the top right. Activate the categories you'd like to choose from ("Series," "Genre," "Events," "People," "Partners," etc), then click the "Save Menu" button. 
  3. Within the Series box, search for your series and select it, then add it to the menu.
